the Event
On October 15, 2020, my family's world was forever changed when we were told that our daughter, Nora (then 6), has Type 1 Diabetes.
My wife, Erin, and I have learned to navigate this new way of life. However, there are many families that struggle every month to cover the rising costs of insulin, diabetic supplies, and proper nutrition.
For this reason, we are once again raising money for BreakthroughT1D, formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, in order to help find a cure. To learn more, visit breakthroughT1D.org.
